Fire & Ice is a lakeside sauna on Northpoint Water, the biggest lake between Rye & Camber Sands in East Sussex & home of Rye Watersports since 1986. Wild swim off the floating pontoon between rounds in the sauna & cold plunge.

Founded by Maggie Meadowcroft in 1986, Rye Watersports has been teaching sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling & paddleboarding on this lake for forty years. It’s also home to East Sussex’s only aquapark.
