Hot, cold & the lake.
Be in the moment.
Good to know.
What do I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, flip-flops & a water bottle. A robe & a beanie for between rounds if you’ve got them.
I’ve never done hot & cold before.
Start gentle. A shorter round in the heat, a quick dip, then rest. Listen to your body & take it at your own pace. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant or have any health worries, check with your GP first.
Can I swim in the lake?
Yes, from the floating pontoon during your session. It’s cold for most of the year, which is the point.
Is there parking?
Free parking on site at Rye Watersports.
What’s coming next?
From Easter 2027 we’re adding a yoga & movement space, a healing hut with treatment rooms, Northpoint Table food & drinks by the water, & the full Fire & Ice merch range.
Where is the sauna?
At Rye Watersports on New Lydd Road, Camber (TN31 7QS), on the lake between Rye and Camber Sands in East Sussex.
